      I work with wonderful individuals, and the management is always willing to lend a hand. Receive annual raises and excellent compensation and benefits.

      Moving seems to be a must for advancement within the organization, and the volume targets are a little off.

      Great experience out of college; No toxicity amongst plant; Did provide a generous payment towards my last few years of college tuition while in a different role

      Pay was low - offered a raise after putting in notice; Bonuses were nonexistent even as a long term employee - Bonuses aren’t guaranteed
