      Some branches are great. Some, not so much.

      The pay sucks. They preach loyalty, but after 10 years, it's obvious it's a one way street.

      Strong, stable company that cares. You get what you put in.

      The position is tough and requires immense multi-tasking capabilities. But if you stick with it, it gets easier over time.
