Overtime is required, it's super hot in the summer and your fingers will be frozen in winter, very early hours, little room for advancement unless you perform higher than average when you first start. In other words, in my experience, in your first couple weeks you better not mess up at all (they don't care if you're new) or else they'll hold it against you even if you outperform everyone else in future. Therefore, no promotion and like many employees there: ten years and no advancement.
