Lower management does not have enough skills for team build and manage some promlematic situation beside just saying "you have to do it, if you will leave tell us in advance etc" Lack of stability in project status, payment delay becaus eof clients No grow in career No salary review despite pretended to be have during interview Forced to use vacations on not desired months, have to schedule it many month in advance which is not predictable for life/family plans No help or good communication in team, you have to manage your load on your own. During interview company promised salary will not depend on client situation, but if projects ends your agreements also cancelled immediately or at most 1 month later. Very stressfull and not ended performance review every 3 month, your load and perfomance never appreciated to avoid salary review
