Pros

Great co-workers, flexible hours, 401k & PTO for part-timers, 14 weeks fully paid maternity leave.

Cons

Unrealistic standards that cannot be met, especially when short staffed. Mean and unsupportive district leaders. The company just cut everyone's pay by more than 20% after touting valuing workers and boasting about starting pay and bonuses (that we haven't received in years). The starting pay for Brand Reps is now just insulting for the level of 'hospitality' you demand from workers on the front line that keep your business afloat. Horrendous dress code of white button downs and blue jeans. Company is clearly going broke.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback with us. We do hold ourselves to high standards in delivering a world class guest experience. Although every decision may not be popular, our priority is to protect the stability of our workforce during challenging economic times. We believe our decision to implement pay cuts instead of eliminating positions was the most responsible path to prioritize job preservation.

Pros

Everyone that isn’t a leader is nice in my opinion

Cons

They wanted us to be more peppy and cheerful, but when I did it the manager would ask me why am I being loud. But when I was quiet they would assume something is wrong with me and talk behind my back about how they think I don’t want to be there. I just have to ask why is it considered loud when I follow the standards.. these were managers talking about this (store manager & district manager). You would think if there was an actual issue with my customer service performance a customer would complain about me or the manager would politely ask me if I’m doing okay instead of talking behind my back and making assumptions. It makes me wonder why was I singled out amongst the entire team? It came off as micro aggressive and offensive as a poc.
