Say they are flexible with hours but not true at all.
Quota of 16 patient a day is a Joke, In a high acuity SNF. They expected 3 or more providers that rounded on the same day in a total census building of 110 to meet the expectations of 16 patients a day. You basically are all fighting over patients so you can meet your quota or risk getting in trouble from upper management. You are caught between this Company trying to please the building and unrealistic expectations.
