      Pros

      Employees are a fun group of talented and hardworking people.

      Cons

      Felt like we were all executive assistants for the founders. A lack of any sort of direction, vision or define processes. I had the impression that the company exists solely to inflate the valuation so the founders can exit. I hope I’m right as this would be the only reason it makes sense that the company is run the way it is.

      Benefits were decent, not much else

      Cons

      Not good communication Terrible Onboarding and training You are on your own, no guidance or support Upper management changes Rules. Say they are flexible with hours but not true at all. Quota of 16 patient a day is a Joke, In a high acuity SNF. They expected 3 or more providers that rounded on the same day in a total census building of 110 to meet the expectations of 16 patients a day. You basically are all fighting over patients so you can meet your quota or risk getting in trouble from upper management. You are caught between this Company trying to please the building and unrealistic expectations. Stay clear from here
