Worked alongside some great colleagues who genuinely cared Fast-paced environment can be good for learning how to juggle priorities Opportunities to gain exposure to different areas if you take initiative

High turnover and a culture that, in my view, treats employees as easily replaceable. Lack of clear communication and inconsistent leadership made it difficult to succeed Minimal support for development or growth Workload expectations were often unrealistic, making it hard to maintain work-life balance Recognition and feedback were limited, if offered at all
