      Nothing is good to be honest

      Cons

      - No work life balance - No proper rewarding system (the management can just say no increment and bonus due to company is not doing well but financial results say otherwise) - No full time support for IT infrastructure

      Great Benefits, work life balance.

      Cons

      Compensation should be higher, understaffed for the amount of work our team handles. Micromanaging is annoying.
