      -You get your birthday off. -Many paid sick days. -The work itself is interesting and enjoyable. -There is a high turn over, therfore if you can stand the abusive behavior, there is growth opportunity.

      Cons

      -Toxic management, which resulted in a general toxic team environment. -Micromanagement. -Low salary and bonus, massive gender paygap. -Incompetent managers constantly trying to blame the subordinates for their mistakes, management has 0 accountability.
