Pros
The art and development team members pulled from Linkedin are great, these people are insanely smart, and there's a lot to learn from them. They're all very humble and helpful. That said, these people are not a reflection of this awful company.
Cons
They swindle you in by promising cash payment within a short period of time after joining, like a probationary period. That probationary period however is not stated in the contract, nor is any mention of real compensation, just stock accumulation with no valued speculation. The management team is awful, no one has any idea what they're supposed to do, there's no communication, and you're actively kicked off the team when you don't meet a certain criteria of work, despite them not assigning you any work... and then them coming back to ask for more work to be done. Oh, and again all for free. Management doesn't have the necessary answers to remain productive when problems arise, especially technical and account problems. They fire senior people, lie about their reasons for leaving to their coworkers, and revoke their access to their accumulated hours of "pay", withholding them from almost a years worth of stock equivalent value. They have no intention on paying any one. Furthermore, they for almost a year have said they're about to get funded "at the end of the month" or "next month", hoping to keep people working for their "stock hours". This ruse on top of the probationary period-to-cash pay promise has gone on for over 8 months. No one has ever gotten paid a penny, despite several promises.
