Pros
Training is fairly easy in my opinion. The benefits were great as well in my opinion. The managers are all very nice. My manager was the best manager I ever had and always was very understanding and nice. I feel like she took phenomenal care of my department. She deserves a huge raise. Most of the employees are also very nice. When my Dad passed away everyone was really nice. It happened during the holidays and things weren't the same for me after that. I kind of struggled after that with life secretly which is one reason I left but all the employees and managers were really nice and sweet. They gave me a card with money in it before I left to drive home to plan the funeral and that was very considerate and nice. I love that they try to do little things like department lunches and parties and give out gifts and gift cards and bonuses. Not a lot of companies do that and I appreciated that.
Cons
Raises could be better. There is not a lot of room for moving up in the company unless someone quits, moves to a different department/position, or retires. The workload can be overwhelming at times depending on what's going on with the company. There were times I felt like I was doing 3 jobs at once and it became overwhelming because I couldn't get all my work done so I was constantly behind. When I first started it wasn't like that. I ended up the last couple of years doing a lot of overtime as well. Not a lot of diversity. There were a few situations where I didn't like my interactions with people. Some lady tried to pet my hair and that made me angry!!! Had I not been at work I would have slapped her but I just made it very clear to never ever touch my hair.
