Pros

Work from home flexibility helps maintain good work-life balance. Team members are supportive and there is a team-based working culture. Good company for beginners to learn basic processes and corporate environment. Work environment among colleagues is generally cooperative.

Cons

No salary increment in the last two years, which affects motivation and retention. Too much micromanagement, including daily task-wise reporting requirements. No benefits, incentives, or reimbursement for certifications related to the job role. Leadership focus is heavily on cost cutting, which creates uncertainty. Clients are leaving and moving to other vendors like EPIC, affecting project stability. Many experienced employees and leaders have left, and other companies have hired a large number of employees from here. Favoritism is observed in some management decisions. Limited opportunities for career growth and domain knowledge improvement due to repetitive tasks. High layoff risk, leading to job insecurity. Negative and unprofessional behavior experienced by some employees during the notice period.

Pros

You are rewarded for working hard and smart. If you want to treat the company as your own and be rewarded for doing so this is a great place to work.

Cons

Not for people who just want to collect pay check and go home. Must try to grow to get rewards.

Pros

- Remote work offers good work-life balance. - Numerous opportunities to work with other team members and expand knowledge.

Cons

- Below-average pay for the industry. - Hard-working employees get more work pushed on them without any pay raises. - Most of the middle management are under qualified and are more interested in protecting themselves rather than their teams. - Executive leadership is clueless. - Company can't keep up with the industry competition because employees with expertise and experience keep leaving for greener pastures. As a result the company keeps bleeding clients year over year with very little long-term prospects.
