About the Swiss branch: - Self-referential management - 3 Managers/Directors (1 of them pretending to be an “external” consultant), supported by 2 Administrative Assistants, are too many for a small company (20 employee + 3 Managers/Directors + 3 Middle Managers) - They are more and more oriented to hire contractors instead of employees - Despite the company is owned by Altersis Groupe, Swiss branch tries to hide as much as possible to the stakeholders and, as well, to employees, to get advantage of it
