4yFirst off and most importantly, thank you for your contributions to the company over the past 3+ years. It's the work that you and your colleagues have done that have enabled the success the company has had, and you've set the foundation for where we're headed next together.
I take your feedback on our culture - and especially how we treat each other - very seriously and given that you're a current employee, I'd be grateful for the opportunity to hear more confidentially about where and how you see areas where I can engage directly if there is a departure from our core values in terms of how we are showing up for each other as leaders and colleagues. The growth of our workforce in Q2, and in particular the expansion of the representation of both women and under-represented minorities I believe are an affirmation of much of the work we've been doing in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. That said, I know I only see through my own lens and seeing through others' is critical as well.
