Pros

Have some good tutors. Builds confidence and teamwork skills. Good base understanding into the subject.

Cons

They advise you use AI for everything. Their events bring in no employers and are a waste of time. Guaranteed job interview and a £50 Amazon voucher on completion that you never get.

Pros

It was good to work here to begin with, my colleagues made it what is was. The work was interesting and constant.

Cons

Management and the board didn’t care for us when we were told redundancies were taking place. No advice or clear process throughout this time. Barely any incentives and team building exercises, we were just meant to get on. There was always favouritism.

Pros

- Most welcoming introduction you can receive when starting at a company. - Surrounded by great colleagues and Management - The Culture is visibly apparent, and you feel like you are heard when finding potential improvements or solutions to processes in the organisation. - Great Incentives for all teams, really make you feel recognised for your achievments.

Cons

Some of the roles are fairly new, which means the rules attached to the role are very much in development and have room for more development. (e.g. the commission structure or the criteria that each team is targeted on) Targets should be different for each team and adjusted to the difficulty of the role and what is really achievable by employees. This could be determined by evidence shown from previous employees, e.g. the average of whatever they achieve each month throughout the whole year. and based on this number the target should be slightly higher to ensure commissions or targets are realistically achieved. I have noticed that targets in the sales team at the moment consist of the numbers of 5 or 10 (Insert the criteria each team is targeted on) And without disrespect to any profession, I have noticed some teams have tasks that make it more unpredictable to achieve that number. With all this said, I believe the senior team are very open to hearing these types of constructive criticism and are always looking to improve.
