Pros
I get to work from home. Yay, the company doesn't have to pay to put a roof over my head.
Cons
The mid and upper management team from failed third world countries have brought their losing strategies over to my company. They have positioned themselves as the enemy of their employees. They have taken away Christmas bonus, Krishna said it would help the stock price, which is down 98% from when they joined. Shocking. They've taken away vacation, personal and sick days. There's only two paid holidays off now. No more employee appreciation days. They've created a commission structure which is completely manipulative, if you're having a great month of sales and on track to get a huge check, they'll just flood your line with calls meant for billing or tech support, which have no sales potential, which tank your numbers so they can pay you less. Top reps are literally borrowing from their 401k's to make ends meet, while the DEI management team of Yes Men pat each other on the back and get bonuses while their employees and customers suffer under their practices.
