      The residents at the property The independence of the job I actually enjoyed working at the property I was at.

      Cons

      No upward mobility Favoritism They saw me making a lot of money and switched the hours after I slaved for 2 years working. Had to choose a department which ended up being the end of my tenure there. Xenophobic against English speaking americans
