6yWe value and respect the time you have taken to write a review of Zynex Medical. It’s unfortunate to see that a previous employee was unhappy after their time at Zynex. We have many ways for employees to voice concerns yet these were not raised during your time here. We work closely with our managers and supervisors to maintain a positive and trustworthy work environment, where employees can voice issues so they can be addressed, rather than fester. We work hard to ensure our employees are given clear, concise and accurate information about job duties, responsibilities and expectations. All employees are given and sign their job description, so it is clear how they will spend their day. Additionally, all of our patient care roles are critical to our company and each does involve constant patient contact, which we believe is essential when helping patients in pain.
