Pros

People were great and lots of opportunity for growth.

Cons

CEO single handedly built the company and he has single handedly destroyed it. The company has fallen on hard times. CEO is more worried about appearances than reality. He still drives his Mercedes, has the entire building rented, of which 50 people have an area that used to house 300 to work. The reigns have never been tightened on spending, even though sales have plummeted and everything has been gambled on a compounding pharmacy. This company is on the verge of collapse, so please stay away.

It is accurate to say that the CEO built this company from nothing. The Wikipedia is a great read on the company's history. What this individual did not stick around for was to witness the incredible turn around that the CEO has led. Times were tough in 2015 for the company, and without leadership like this CEO has to offer, the company would not have survived. He is persistent and the employees that have been here through the tough times are happy to be here. Since 2015, we there have been many other improvement as well, including that Zynex is dedicated to hiring staff with a good work ethic who care about patients, rather than just their pay check. If you have drive and want to be with a Company that is growing, check out our job openings.

Pros

Have significantly turned things around within less than a year allowing insurances companies to trust us again. It was a big task and it was successful. Congrats!

Cons

The company hasn't ironed out their new processes which is okay, the company is starting over. Although, it is to a point where I constantly get angry calls from clinics where they tell us that Altivera/Zynex is awful and has awful customer service. From what I have gathered, it has nothing to do with the people that work there but it does have everything to do with the CONSTANT change in process. Every clinic is confused why we aren't doing it "the old way" (communicating with clinics about what is needed). Now when we receive invalid prescriptions we don't even communicate that with the patient OR the clinic anymore. Nothing against the Sales Reps, they are awesome. Having the Sales Reps do everything seems impractical and it has effected Altivera's efficiency and likely customer and clinic's satisfaction. Altivera Medical just got rid of the department that speaks with clinics, our sales operations team. I am not excited to see how much our customer service and clinic communication worsens, now.
