With a lot of the companies continued success, there have been many growing pains that are clear and evident. One of which has been the change in positions, titles, management and pay plans (moving the goal posts for your bonus's/raises, even though your contract specifies otherwise).
The company accepts all insurances, but the odds of a patient actually being covered are slim.
The company also sets patients up with a monthly resupply order. I am sure we obtain patient approval before doing this (when the patient thinks their insurance may still cover it), but I have yet to meet a cash pay patient who is happy about these expensive resupplies.
One last thing, the companies (seemingly) obsession with the CEO and his interests feels... forced and creepy
