Pros

There are some interesting projects they do, mainly in the telecom space. People are quite smart and very well-qualified there. You can definitely learn a lot at the company if you are okay with working 100+ hours every week.

Cons

The company does almost 70% private equity due diligence work, meaning that employees usually work 100+ hours week. The leadership expects everyone to work long hours and produce over 100-page decks that clients would not even look at. The leadership is not diverse, consisting of mainly white males. The company doesn't necessarily promote diversity either.
