      Great culture, mentorship, TMT vertical exits, low travel, highly analytical, great client exposure

      Cons

      TMT niche can be "restrictive", low travel (can be a con if you think it is), slower upward trajectory compared to an MMB (but no up-or-out culture), consulting is long hours
