The company strives for constant improvement and your ideas matter and you are given the autonomy to make decisions and take action quickly. Working in the exciting world of mobility and being at the front of a company changing rideshare.

      Cons

      Really none, more processes are always welcome at a startup but that's part of the fun you have the autonomy to help create those processes and make continue to improve them.
