Pros

1. 4.5days of work that is half Fridays. 2. Good Team Leads. 3. Good colleagues 4. Easy to apply for leaves 5. No micro management 6. Fully remote

Cons

1. Too much work pressure 2. Unrealistic expectations 3. Boring work with too much manual tasks 4. Little to no training but too much pressure to achieve high quality 5. No real learning - especially for long term. 6. Working over here still feels like you are stuck a decade behind as the job you do is so basic that requires you to not learn any new technology - they use bare minimum features of excel as well 7. Learning no real technical neither non technical skills except google searching for things 8. No career growth 9. No job security as they fire people for not reaching their unrealistic targets which is really hard to reach for most people unless you like to do manual work - not smart work.

Pros

Altrata has a great cast of employees that are driven in their day-to-day. Really great work-life balance offering between remote work and option to come into the office. The company as a whole makes a great effort to accommodate the needs of the workforce and shows appreciation for those who continue to show results.

Cons

Leadership has struggled a bit over the years with constant changes to C-Suite and general lack of direction/guidance from the ownership group, who seem solely focused on revenue growth (justifiably so). The products and services Altrata offer have great value with the customer base, but there remains a lack of market recognition and it feels like there's a big gap/disconnect between the client-facing team and those developing and influencing the product. There could be major improvements to overall cohesion between data/product/tech/marketing/sales so that everyone is on the same page about how the products impact and benefit the customers. Talent hiring also been questionable in the past. Not many new hires last long or show reliable growth that contributes to the growth of the company. It seems like hiring is largely based around "cultural fit" instead of objective business fit.
