-Good Benefits -Co-workers are friendly -3 weeks vacation to start

Cons

-No advancement -Setting is more like a "call center" not a health facility -Management constantly adds more to workload but pay remains the same -Management plays "favorites" so different rules for different people -Pay is inconsistent with other similar type facilities and they DO NOT follow UHN protocol. -Don't waste your time working here you will never advance.

In follow-up to direct employee feedback, we have recently worked with the UHN Total Rewards team, employees and Site Mangers to create clear job descriptions that accurately reflect the work being done.
