Pros

Team of awesome people; Lots of opportunities to learn and grow;Everyone gets a say in the decision making, even on the big stuff. Consistent improvement in company performance every year. High opportunity for growth for those hungry for it.

Cons

Tough industry. Working with different environments and hundreds of end users can be challenging. That's where the opportunities to learn and grow come from, but sometimes it can feel like trying to juggle too many balls.

Pros

Our office is full of awesome, friendly people that you enjoy seeing everyday. My coworkers are like a second family here. You don't feel intimidated by upper level executives; the COO happens to have a great sense of humor. Management is active in the workplace, and tries to hear everyone's concerns. There is a treat on Fridays (usually lunch or breakfast). The work / life balance is really nice compared to most places. I am able to enjoy my weekends without having to answer tons of emails or calls. There is room for growth and movement if you put your mind to it and talk to your superior about it. Some people have the ability to work remotely if they have the correct internet connection and equipment (CISCO phone and cables). Sometimes it gets stressful, especially when there are lots of outages or lots of service requests coming in. But, there are some days where its quiet and you are able to focus more on reports and not feel pressure. It comes with any job in any industry, so I can't say its a con really.

Cons

No sick days, they come straight out of your PTO. After 1 year, the max amount of PTO is 80 hours, until you have worked there for 5 years, when it goes up to 120 hours. It would be nice if you could have an extra day or two added on your anniversary.
