It is still daily work

- great people - good mission - CEO and leadership are on the ball, pushing the right initiatives, - inclusive - promising medicine, good science - well run trials - exciting to come to work every day and work on something that matters

- some departments (Clinical Operations) repeatedly go to bat to protect toxic individuals despite high performers leaving again and again due to specific toxic managers. Nothing is done because they are friends from back in the day with the department head - VPs play favorites and hire their buddies and friends - employees are not listened to when they bring concerns to management, it's feigned change and given platitudes but ignored.
