STAY AWAY YOU ARE BEING FED A BUNCH OF LIES. The morale is so bad that even the supervisors are on looking for jobs on empWhen supervisors are online looking for jobs it is clear. loyment web sites. It is a running joke that PS will sit in her office and Google job sites. I have walked in on her and so have others. If you need a dream, come, they will sell you oneBonuses are based on I achievable goals and raises are done yearly in June. If you start after January 1st you do not qualify for a raise and you have to wait until next July.

Cons

This would take allay and it is not worthy of my time and energy. Closed door rules. Meetings held for supervisors and management only then you're told do it no questions allowed.

Co-workers are amazing. Managers are helpful.

Cons

Rolling out an incomplete new operating system was a horrible idea. Creates additional work for adjusters. The processes being implemented are hindering the ability to effectively close claims. Adjusters are being told to do more with less every day. Claim counts average 180 to 200 for the last 6 months with no relief in sight. Hybrid work was promised at 2 home and 3 in office. That was recently revoked and it is now mandatory 4 days in office. With gas prices what they are, that really hurts. Corporate management seems to be focused more on obtaining #1 status and bringing in the big bucks than finding a way to relieve the stress on their employees. Mental health is non existent and if you aren't putting in 50+ hours a week there is no way to stay on top of your work load. Even then you will feel like you are barely treading water. New NICE phone system is for call centers-not claim adjusters. Not a lot of advancement opportunities unless you are someone's pet. Benefits are mediocre at best.
