Pay is Less than normal

Some of the ambulances are newer (most are seriously old tho). The pay is more than minimum wage.

24-hour shifts never work for IFT services. Only pretend management exists anywhere north of Hollywood. The actual supervision occurs from LA County. Professes "family" but you are treated like foster kids at best. Managers love the "F" word. But you will be severely punished for using profanity. Leadership does not understand what it is like to run an ambulance call.
