Shady and illegal practices - Sales Associate Amazing.net Employee Review

I worked there for four years. I loved it. I worked at the store, not at the corporate warehouse. They provided min of 36 hours for me when I transitioned to full time. Staff is great, both retail and corporate. I can honestly say that this is the best run retail establishment I've ever worked for: Completely organized, competent management, great co workers, schedule was great, pay was very decent for retail, all concerns and comments were heard and responded to in a prompt manner. I highly recommend working there.

There's not much chance for advancement from retail to corporate but there is some opportunity. The only reason I left was that i landed a job that paid several dollars more per hour than what i was making. Also, if you have no work ethic and don't want to put effort in and be a team player I would not recommend working here. That's not a con, just advice.

Competitive pay, flexible hours especially if you're a college student, a very friendly work environment, positive and friendly management.

Not many opportunities for upward motion in the company, and not many opportunities for more hours of work. Requested time off is just a request, not a guarantee.
