Pros
Amazon at it's core is a fantastic company with a great design and lots of fun to keep people happy.
Cons
The current leadership within Amazon Logistics Australia is pretty crap. If you work hard and meet the KPIs they will leave you alone. If you fall behind, they will micromanage you to try to get the KPIs up, regardless of the circumstances. If you are exceeding expectations and asking for more responsibility or opportunities they will treat you as a threat to their position and try to remove you. Also, they don't care about helping people advance from within. Instead they are happy to recruit leadership from overseas.
