      - Pay and benefits - Talented and smart co-workers - Office location (North Reading or Westborough), if you don't want to go to work to Boston or Cambridge -

      Cons

      - Work life balance - One on one meetings missed by manager, when not missed not useful as manager will not tell things you will find out in your performance review half a year later - "Work hard, have fun, make history" middle part is missing. Sorry have fun part died for me with Kivasystems becoming AR
