      If you like structure, you are in a good spot, the job is repetition.

      The hours are long and micromanagement is common and run by a computer so its really not up to your manager they just received the stats about you.

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
