Pros

- Flexible work hours. - Remote and Hybrid work (with onsite visits). - Work with the latest and greatest technology for controls. - They really work hard to develop more efficient ways to get the work done. - High quality standards for projects and customers truly are getting some of the best solutions. - You get time off for all federal holidays. - 2 weeks paid maternal leave (any other time off would be unpaid).

Cons

- Bad management of people. They assign work and allow you to work on projects, saying that it is good work and leading you to believe they are happy with that work, but then may decide a week later that it is not valuable to the company any longer and rather than adjusting your workload or projects to be more valuable and profitable, they will terminate your position. - Not a lot of honest feedback from management on projects. Not a lot of communication in general. - No transparency regarding how the company is doing and what the plans for the future are. - Unstable. If your work and projects are not billable enough for them or if they are not profitable enough during a few months, then you will be terminated with no warning and no grace period. - It's a very small company (2-3 people), but tries to act and conduct itself like a large corporation (saying "the billing department will get back to you"; terminating employees, effective immediately, with a single two-line email and no phone call or face to face talks). - High turnover rate. Employees are treated as very expendable, and coworker friendly relationships are superficial. - Have purged lots of employees and shrunk drastically. - Currently no CEO
