There is space to grow Consistently have new challenges and space for problem-solving
Cons
The offer changed so it's now an office job in Pretoria and I am from Cape Town. Would like to move back. There are double standards in the company I love Operations but don't enjoy being fully emerged in Tech. Used to be a Hotel Group Operations Manager. This was way more exciting.
