Pros
Good place to train up your English oral and listening skills if you are not native in English. Free working style, everyone is working with their headset. You can plan your schedule so overtime work is basically not necessary. Daily stand-up culture so everyone knows what each other is doing. Frequent team lunch, birthday cake time, happy hour on Fridays, x'mas party by some team building activities outside the office.
Cons
Salary is at market rate, but there are not any medical insurance, double pay, bonus during my employment period. Not a suitable place for those who are very aggressive to get promotion, I think.
