Pros
This is a very promising startup with ridiculously amazing technology for semiconductors and edge devices. They break the laws of physics with power consumption for things like AI using their SPOT platform. The people are friendly and work well together. They usually hold informative training insights into how each department works, and the HR team always comes through with donuts and snacks.
Cons
Working at a startup means you have to make your budget work. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of pay raises, and management thought it would be good for morale to ask people to RTO. The sentiment among workers is they would prefer at least a hybrid schedule.
