I had worked in this company for 8 months. This 8 months was like hell for me. No salary on time. while in the Interview The so called CEO (Ambuj Kumar) introduced himself as Babloo Sharma. Saying that he is a project manager and CEO is sitting in Delhi office. Where they didnnt had any office other than in Bangalore. Just imaging a culture of the company where CEO itself is faking himself. This person Ambuj Kumar/ Babloo Sharma used to give fake projections about company growth. where nothing happens. Ambujex is a "work hard, play hard" company. They are sensitive to work/life balance and are very generous to the employees. The employees work hard, have great incentives to succeed, and have a good time together. Good work culture.

Some managers are not managers; well, not good managers. There is a huge disconnect between managers and employees. There is a lack of respect among sales, recruiters and their respective managers. Meetings are way too long and unproductive and threats are issued unnecessarily.
