      Great salary and benefits Strong procedures throughout the corporation Efficiency oriented Machines are mostly in top notch condition Serious about safety Really care and invest in health and safety

      A bit impersonal, specially managers Seriously fast paced, if you don't get used to it, you may feel frustrated Union is a bit tough to work with

      Pros

      The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

      Cons

      Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
