Pros

Some remote work (depending on your department). Wonderful health and fitness program which includes a yearly reimbursement and additional opportunities to earn points/gift cards. Lots of company branded swag/merch. 100% 401k matching. Lots of company engagement opportunities (especially for those in office).

Cons

Holiday closures are few. Company presents new employees with that the company is closed for a full week or more at Christmas, but neglects to mention which departments this doesn't actually apply to (many are still expected to work during the "shutdown"). Upper management seems out of touch with the day-to-day of most basic employees. Benefits in general are presented as being very robust but medical/dental/vision are all quite expensive and not great plans. Much less parental leave provided than I've seen at any other company I've done similar work for. Limited PTO offered, very hard to use it. Having a pay for your PTO option feels like a scam. Departments are severely understaffed so many employees are severely overworked. Work/Life balance was impossible and management didn't seem concerned. Bullying is not apparently frowned upon or dealt with - HR makes it hard to report.
