Pros

Great atmosphere. The team seems to be a great group who value eachother and their time on the clock. Very blessed to be given the opportunity to work with a group with so much passion and positivity.

Cons

The Brands this company are promoting aren’t brands that are in high demand; therefore it is already hard on the company to generate revenue because the community’s needs aren’t what this company promotes.

Pros

The opportunities offered at Amega Marketing go beyond the financial gain, freedom, benefits, etc that many potential applicants pursue in a job. There is also a youthful energetic environment that is merit and effort driven rather than based on seniority. One of the best components of this job is the morning meeting which helps with motivation throughout the day. Yes, there is potential for growth in terms of freedom and finance, but there is also job skill training that is invaluable for personal growth. 10/10 would recommend looking into Amega!

Cons

very pretty receptionist can be distracting

Pros

The team seemed like nice people who really want to help you succeed. The office is in a nice building.

Cons

So this is 100% a pyramid scheme. 1. You sell under a team leader and then you only move up if you make x amount of sales 2. Then to move up farther you have to recruit people to work for your personal team. 3. Then they have to make a certain number of sales so you can move up more 4. Then you go through the entire process again- helping the people under you sell and help them recruit more people so your sales team grows bigger and bigger 5. You have to do it in a grocer store or similar setting. So you’re the annoying sales person that no one wants to talk too. Basically you are trying to get people to subscribe to spectrum and or it’s extra channels. Which is hard considering everyone I know has canceled their cable package and strictly us Netflix or Hulu or other similar platforms. So your annoying people while they try to shop & you’re offering them something they don’t really want. Also the process of getting them signed up is extremely long.
