I am beyond impressed with the leadership and management. There is a team for everything! You feel as though you are part of something grand, yet also comforting like a family.
Cons
Architect (the LOS) is a tad difficult to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. We are provided with help and support, around the clock, to help with any learning curve!
