      Nice working environment, friendly co-workers, great health benefits, job stability.

      Cons

      Low pay, very few to no African American, Caucasian, or Asian employees. Dominated by Hispanic workers and Hispanic workers receive favor. Good if you're Hispanic!

      Pros

      Hands-Off Program Director - let's you do your job and does not micro manage. Positive, generous co-workers. Chance to have a positive impact on external customers and get immediate feedback.

      Cons

      Commute to Dunwoody - when 285 is backed up it can take 1.5 to 2 hours to get to Marietta Little room to grow professionally - very short career path The short career path also insures that you have no power to increase your salary or hourly wage
