They offer to be contracted as an independent contractor, but they don't respect this because they include an exclusivity clause in their contract and expect you to be available at any time. The compensation is average; nothing great, and there are no benefits. Additionally, they assign tasks that aren't part of your scope. Moreover, they often require you to interact directly with customers and suppliers, expecting you to act somewhat dishonestly to preserve their image. To be honest, I believe it's only a good opportunity if you are seeking your first job or looking to practice English as a second language. However, don't expect high hopes or to feel appreciated for your skills.
