Flexibility in when you want to take your lunch break each day. Could have been a really great software, if a pivot had been made at an earlier point in time.

The technology the company uses internally is very outdated. The software itself that is being sold by the company is unstable, which is scary when supporting 100's of clients on it. It breaks a person down to hear nothing but bad things from customers all day due to the software being unreliable. John needs to give up control to someone else. Benefits are not great.
