Nice atmosphere, energetic group, hard workers

None that I can think of!

No micromanagement- you make of it what you want.

No direction, training or accountability until the end of the month when the owner wants to know how much you've sold. Lots of turnover and very low income potential unless you have major clients, which are all covered by older reps. Not a good place to start your sales career.
