      Pros

      As a employee at AEP has given me a wide opportunities to explore my career in different work streams in multiple projects. AEP has a wonderful senior management who support employee's career growth by providing mentorship & share the knowledge. I would recommend AEP as a steeping stone for any individuals career growth.

      Pros

      Immediate team culture good, pay and benefits decent

      Cons

      Becoming toxic, lack of communication and understanding. Ex: flattening middle management while adding more executive leadership but not eliminating the tasks needed of middle management so individuals doing multiple roles and tasks above or without pay grade with little to no notice or training.
