Pros
Had a very lean IT organization, decent benefits, people and the culture was great until they hired the new IT management team
Cons
The new IT leadership went from a very lean to full of so called managers and directors who had no utilities domain experience. For example, the management split one team into 3 teams, added a 2 additional managers, a director, managing director, VP and so on. Who in the world adds more management layers in the current agile IT world?
