Thank you for your recent review about AFM. We are a commercial collection agency and, depending on staffing needs to go above and beyond in servicing our clients, employ 40 – 50 people at a given time.
With respect to the Cons listed, as you know, we conduct semi-annual performance evaluations to review each person’s expectations and goals from the prior 6-months and to set expectations and goals for the upcoming 6-months. As part of this review process, we measure each employee’s motivation to improve his or her job tasks and functions, comprehension of industry and AFM-related information, and dedication to AFM and to his or her own career growth through work at AFM.
In addition, each year, our employees complete a survey to provide feedback to AFM. Our survey measures each person’s level of satisfaction pertaining to growth opportunities and compensation, amongst many other items. Over the past 3-years, year-in and year-out, we received superior employee responses when compared to the prior year.
With respect to the nepotism and chauvinism comment, that simply is not true. We provide job responsibility and compensation growth opportunities, fairly, to everyone. Our belief is that a person’s work product, results, and motivation speak for itself. These are the sole factors that we consider.
